My ankle seems to be fine. 5 days rest and some laser treament seems to have done the trick. I'm back to my regular training schedule and despite a head cold that took the opportunity to ruin my excitement to being training again I think I'm back on track. This last Saturday I managed 38km, though split it into two runs as I wasn't sure how the ankle and my "man cold" would fare with a long drawn out effort. No matter the running felt relaxed and easy and things are good.
Let's just hope that the month of March, my last full month of training before Boston goes without any further trouble.
